We stayed at The Old Jail Apartment for a weekend getaway. The location was incredibly convenient, right in the heart of town. The apartment itself was beautifully finished, with a high standard of decor. The host was extremely helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. a fantastic experience.

The location is excellent and perfect, so close to the center of Inveraray. It's a fabulous base for visiting wider parts of Argyll, with the market and the castle nearby. The apartment's location is right in the heart of the town.

The apartment was a unique base for exploring Inveraray's popular places. The host gave us good tips for our visit. The location was great, with Inveraray Bell Tower just a minute's walk away from the property.

For some, the stone stairs might not be suitable, and the bed was a standard double due to the room size. The lack of Wi-Fi made it difficult to stay in touch with family, and there was insufficient hanging space for clothes and suitcases.

We can't recommend this place highly enough!

I had a fantastic stay at this unique apartment. The location was ideal, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and tourist walks nearby. The host, Kirstin, was incredibly helpful and friendly. She even informed me about the Christmas light switch-on happening the night of my arrival, which added to the fun memories. The apartment itself was immaculately clean and comfortable, despite the cold weather. Being a period property, it had a charming atmosphere. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessary pots, pans, plates, and cutlery. I would definitely book this place again without hesitation.
